Michael graduated in 1991 and has worked in design offices in Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney on a diverse range of projects. In 2005 he worked on the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art with Lindsay & Kerry Claire and prior to that worked with Frank Stanisic on a range of urban multi-residential projects. He has maintained a focus on urban architecture and sustainability and brings a depth of design and project management experience to the office. He has worked across sectors including residential, education, commercial, industrial and health architecture.

In 2000 Michael was awarded a Winston Churchill travelling Fellowship which took him to Canada, Japan, Finland, Sweden and The Netherlands to study sustainability in architecture in differing cultural contexts.

Michael is an accredited ABSA thermal assessor and maintains a strong interest in promoting comfort and efficiency through smart sustainable residential design. He is an enthusiastic kayaker and on weekends you will generally find him exploring the waterways of the Central Coast.
